iPhone 3G and spec.dock - a Perfect Match

Last Monday, this guy named Steve Jobs you all may have heard of announced the second coming of the iPhone - the iPhone 3G. Subtle cosmetic changes aside, the real meat of the 2nd generation iPhone is the inclusion of 3G and A-GPS. Now that the iPhone will be capable of live tracking using the A-GPS and Google Maps directly on the iPhone, the need for standalone GPS solutions is growing smaller, while the need to have the iPhone front and center where it can be viewed and accessed is growing larger. With these new features, the argument only becomes stronger for freeing your iPhone from the dark confines of your glovebox or center console, and why not free it …
